Read Receipts in Microsoft outlook
Whenever you send a mail, you can request a Read Receipt or a Delivery Receipt. You can do this for individual or for all your mails. This applies to Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003.
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on New Mail Message.
3. Write down you Mail and then go to Option Tab.
4. You can also set importance and category of the mail message here.
You can also set this feature as default to all outgoing messages.
5. Open Outlook > Inbox,
6. Select Tools > Options, then click on the Preferences tab.
7. Select Email Options,
8. Then the Tracking Options button,
9. Check the check-box Read receipt and Delivery receipt.
