Follow these simple steps:

1. Open your Gmail or Google Apps account.

2. Click on Compose.

3. Now Type recipient name’s, Subject and click on + at the Bottom of Compose Window.

4. Now fill Where meeting and on what time it will be held and what will be the agenda.

5. Now it will look like this.

6. Now click on send mail & it will also be linked to your Google Calender.
