How To Assign Role To User In SAP

In this tutorial we will learn How To Assign Role To User In SAP. User has been already created, To learn how to create user in sap follow this article. Role is also created earlier, you can read here about How to create single role in sap.

1. Run TCODE SU01.

2. Enter the User Name and Click on Edit button.

3. Edit button will open next screen, on this click on Roles tab.Now Fill the Role name in Role Column.

4. You can also put additional parameter like:Valid From, Valid Type etc..Now click on save button and Role is assigned to user.
